Many thanks to all of you who have been so instrumental in building support for the Good Food NY bill! We’re collectively edging closer to making history in NY…and the rest of the country! 

As you know, the Good Food NY bill would make New York the first state to implement a comprehensive, values-based approach to public food purchasing and lift barriers for cities to put our values to work for strong local food economies.

The Senate Procurement and Contracts committee meeting is scheduled for Tues, 5/10 and the Assembly Local Governments committee meeting will be in the next ~2 weeks.
